Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the T1V App ("the App"), a personal desktop application developed by Turn1Visuals for managing and publishing Formula 1 content across social media platforms including TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the T1V App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

The T1V App is a personal-use Electron desktop application that provides the following functionality:

  • Uploading video content to TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Managing live stream sessions via OBS integration
  • Sending messages to live chat on connected platforms
  • Organizing workflow tools and launcher shortcuts

The App is intended solely for personal use by the owner of the Turn1Visuals account and is not distributed to the public.

3. Use of Third-Party APIs

The App integrates with third-party platforms including TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch via their respective official APIs. Use of these integrations is subject to each platform's own Terms of Service:

4. Data and Privacy

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers operated by Turn1Visuals. All configuration data (API credentials, OAuth tokens, settings) is stored locally on the user's device in the application data directory.

Authentication with third-party platforms uses OAuth 2.0. Access tokens are stored locally and used only to communicate directly with the respective platform's API on behalf of the user.

5. Content Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for all content uploaded or streamed through the App. Turn1Visuals does not review, moderate, or take responsibility for any content published via the App. All content must comply with the terms and community guidelines of the target platforms.

6. Intellectual Property

The T1V App and its source code are the property of Turn1Visuals. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of the App is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Turn1Visuals makes no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turn1Visuals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App or its integrations with third-party platforms.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
