These Terms of Service apply to the Turn1Visuals website at turn1visuals.com and the T1V App desktop application developed by Turn1Visuals. By using either, you agree to these terms.
1. About Turn1Visuals
Turn1Visuals is a personal Formula 1 content project. This website and its associated tools are operated by the owner of Turn1Visuals and are not affiliated with Formula 1, FOM, or FIA. Contact: info@turn1visuals.com
2. Website Use
The Turn1Visuals website provides F1 content, race data, and live stream information for personal and informational use. You may not copy, redistribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
All F1-related data, team names, driver names, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Turn1Visuals makes no claim of ownership over any Formula 1 intellectual property.
3. T1V App
The T1V App ("the App") is a personal-use Electron desktop application developed by Turn1Visuals for managing live streaming sessions and uploading Formula 1 video content to social media platforms including TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch.
Use of the App
The App is intended for use by the owner of the Turn1Visuals account. It is provided free of charge and without warranty. You may not copy, distribute, or modify the App without prior written permission.
Third-party API integrations
The T1V App integrates with third-party platforms via their official APIs. Use of these integrations is subject to each platform's own Terms of Service:
Content responsibility
The user is solely responsible for all content uploaded or streamed via the App. All content must comply with the terms and community guidelines of the target platforms.
Data and privacy
The App does not transmit any personal data to servers operated by Turn1Visuals. All configuration data and OAuth tokens are stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
4. Disclaimer
This website and the T1V App are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Turn1Visuals makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use is at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turn1Visuals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the T1V App.
